AI Portfolio Analysis: Risk Reports, Stock Scores, and Opportunity Scans

From concentration risk to single-ticker valuation scores, Ripplora runs multiple AI analysis layers — all aware of what you actually hold.

9 min read

Portfolio trackers show what you own. Analysis tools explain what it means — concentration risk, sector tilt, macro sensitivity, and where new ideas might fit. Ripplora bundles several AI analysis modes into one terminal, each scoped to your live holdings and watchlist.

Portfolio risk analysis

The Risk page runs a full AI risk report on your current portfolio. It evaluates:

  • Single-name concentration — overweight positions that amplify drawdowns
  • Sector imbalance — tech-heavy, energy-light, or other structural tilts
  • Macro vulnerability — sensitivity to rates, inflation, and growth surprises
  • Hedge suggestions — instruments or offsets that reduce identified gaps

Risk reports are built for growth-heavy and active portfolios where a 40% single-name weight or 70% sector cluster is a real scenario — not an edge case.

Single-stock analyzer

The Stocks page lets you analyze any ticker independently. AI returns multi-factor scores:

  • Valuation — price relative to fundamentals and peers
  • Growth — revenue, earnings, and forward expectations
  • Momentum — price trend and relative strength
  • Sentiment — news and market narrative read

Each score comes with a short-to-long outlook summary. Use it to evaluate a new idea before adding it, or to stress-test a holding you already own.

Macro impact analysis

From the Calendar, impact analysis connects a specific macro event to your portfolio weights. Output includes a risk score, sentiment label, short and medium-term outlook, and per-ticker estimated move ranges. This is the bridge between macro headlines and position-level decisions.

Opportunity scans

The Opportunities page (and compact scan on Watchlist) ranks stock ideas across three horizons:

  • Short-term — tactical setups over days to weeks
  • Medium-term — themes playing out over months
  • Long-term — structural positions aligned with trends

Scans can target your portfolio, watchlist, or a curated universe. Results feed into smart alerts so you don't lose track of ideas after a scan.

AI advisor chat (Pro plans)

Pro and Team subscribers get a floating advisor chat aware of your portfolio context. Ask about macro scenarios, holding overlap, or how a calendar event might affect your book — with quick prompts for common questions.

Usage limits by plan

AI analysis runs have daily limits on the Free plan; Pro and Team tiers increase caps for impact analysis, stock analyzer, risk reports, opportunity scans, and advisor chat. Check Pricing for current limits.

Building an analysis routine

  1. Weekly: scan the calendar for high-impact events and run impact analysis.
  2. After imports or trades: run a risk report to catch new concentration.
  3. Monthly: opportunity scan on watchlist for fresh ideas.
  4. Ad hoc: single-stock analyzer before adding a new position.
All AI outputs are for education and research. They do not constitute investment advice.
